SOUND HEALING
All within the universe contains an energetic field with different degrees of vibration, from the subtlest to the densest. Everything works on the basis of coherency, a harmonious order in which each element functions based on the flow of energy received. When some part of the body does not vibrate in harmony, certain sounds and vibrations have the power to restore it.
THE EXPERIENCE
We will enter on a meditational state experiencing with harmonic frequencies, creating a deeply relaxing energy field in combination with breath and body awareness, it activates your resources to liberate the tensions and restore to the state of harmony, stillness and stability.
THE INSTRUMENTS
HANG DRUM, GONGS, TIBETAN BOWLS, QUARTZ CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS AND PYRAMIDS, FLUTES, SHAMANIC AND OCEAN DRUM, SHROOTI BOX AND VOICES.
FEATURES
For private group or retreats, will usually be at your venue. The session takes around 75-90 minutes (+ 3 hours setting up and displacement). I always suggest the indoors option to contain the sound vibrations although if circumstances aloud, the beauty of a natural environment always adds up.
As heavy instruments are to be carried once at your place, I suggest to be aware of the distances of the venue or rather add the possibility of an assistant.
SOUND YOGA
Each molecule, each cell, tissue, organ, gland, fluid in our body has its own degree of vibration. When we vocalize certain sounds with movement, breathing lengthens easily and naturally increasing its healing profits.

These sessions integrate the Sound with the body awareness and the meditative state of yoga asanas or Qigong flows. To feel the flow of the body, coordinated with conscious breath, mobilizes the strength of the whole body and activates its resources to liberate the tensions and restore to the state of harmony, stillness and stability.
THE INSTRUMENTS
Our voice and its vibration will be present in the first part of the session.
While doing the practice and especially at the ending relaxation part, you will enjoy the healing effects of the Sound (Hang drum, Quartz crystal singing bowls, Shamanic and Ocean drum…))
FEATURES
For single or groups. It is a 75-minute journey which may be perform indoors or outdoors.
SINGING CIRCLES & RYTHM
A well called circular music…It is designed to open up to everyone the direct experience of sound and discover the vibration of our own voice in a playful mode. It is a creative space where we release with vocal opening exercises to enjoy the healing power of the singing of mantras and meditation songs.
It may also be guided as easy introduction to rhythmic basics with shamanic drumming and body percussion, opening a trance-like journey through rhythm.

MUSIC FOR EVENTS
Accompany with the magic of Sound your weddings, christenings, birthdays or similar celebrations.
For weddings, the sound of Hang or quartz crystal singing bowls is ideal to generates a warm and harmonious atmosphere.
The christening is a symbolic encounter that I propose to realize from 2 years of age. I usually connect the sound of different instruments with the four elements (Earth, Air, Water and Fire), so that the baby receives the symbolism of nature, connected with relatives or friends who share their blessings and support in each element.
COCREATIONS
SOULDANCE
is a unique cocreation with the dancer Marta Chandra and myself. It is a fusion of music (Hang, frame drum, voice) and Contemporary and Sufi dance. Ideal for birthday celebration or dinners.
Hijas de la Tierra
(Daughters of the Earth)
Our group was born from the heart-to heart connection between a group of eight female friends, sisters and mothers: Leo, Paz, Elena, Carito, Ana, Aiwu, Alba and Martina. We have been living in Ibiza for a long time and hail from different parts of Spain, Italy and Argentina.
We share the love for music and medicine songs and the strength of co-creation. Our chanting is a call to action. We invite you to laugh, to cry, to sing and dance with love and compassion.
Music of the Earth, created from the heart recovering songs of the world: from North and South America to mantras from India.

Mother Earth deserves fo us to become involved, aware and taking an active roll as we are living in an ecosystem whose balance is deeply fragile and has been extremely damaged and abused.
